Power Co. Jewelry - Return Policy
At Power Co. Jewelry, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. We understand that purchasing jewelry online can sometimes be challenging, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. To ensure you have a positive experience, we offer a 10-day return policy.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition.
- All original packaging, including boxes, pouches, and certificates, must be returned with the item.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Info@powercojewelry@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning your item.
- Packaging and Shipping: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If the item is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges:
- Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will either replace it or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Important Notes:
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
- Refunds may be subject to deductions for any damage or wear and tear to the item.
- We recommend inspecting your jewelry upon arrival to ensure it meets your expectations.
